What can I do if I need parts for my attraction?
We offer many of the parts directly on our web store located at www.creativepropshop.com. The majority of items are for outright purchase, but we do offer advance replacements for some of our arcade attractions. To view the majority of our products/parts, you will first need to create an account. After the account is created, you may need proper permissions to view the sections, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request access. Once the permissions are updated to your account, you will gain full access to all of the sections.
What if I need a warranty replacement?
If you need to request a warranty replacement, contact support either via email@example.com or 317-834-4770 Option 1. Information needed may include the Company, Location, Attraction Type, part type, a part ID (if applicable), and a serial number. We can then confirm warranty status, create, and process a warranty replacement order. Pictures are always helpful when referring to specific parts.
What if I can't find a part?
Contact support through any of the channels mentioned above and we may be able to get that added to the store or provide a means of sourcing a replacement if we do not have access to that part or item.
What if my new part arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival)?
All new and refurbished parts have a limited warranty and will be replaced under those guidelines. New parts generally carry a 90 day manufacturer's warranty, while refurbished items generally carry a 30 day limited warranty. Contact support if you have any issue upon receiving the item and we will help troubleshoot it and determine if it indeed needs replaced.
