The impact of the Coronavirus can be felt across the world, and it's an exceptionally difficult time for our location-based entertainment industry. Most of you have closed your doors indefinitely: there's no revenue coming in and no assurance of when this lock-down will end.
We understand your pain. We know that the virus is out of your control, so we want to help by doing what's best for the industry and our Creative Works family of clients.
Therefore, we are postponing payments for all Priority Support and Warranty Plans for the following products:
- Hologate Arena
- Hologate Blitz
- Lazer Frenzy
- Game Up Esports
- Infinite Escapes
- Atomic RUSH
The payments will be postponed/deferred for 60 days (through June 1). You will still get all the benefits of your plan during this deferred period: priority support, warranty replacements, game subscriptions, software licenses, etc.
Plus, we're extending the expiration date of your plan by 2 months.

These details apply if you pay for your annual renewal upfront instead of paying monthly.
All annual plan renewal payments are being deferred by 60 days, and the expiration of those plans is also being extended 60 days.
For example, if your plan expires on May 15 (and therefore would have a payment on May 15), this payment is being deferred until July 15. Your current plan will be extended to cover you until July 15 as well.
These details apply if you are on a monthly payment plan.
All monthly renewal payments are being deferred by 60 days through June 1, and the expiration of those plans is also being extended 60 days.
For example, if you have a monthly payment on the 10th of the month, your payments for April 10 and May 10 are being deferred, so your next payment would occur on June 1.
Your plan will be extended by 60 days as well. So in this same example, if your plan expires on October 10, it will be extended to cover you until December 10.
Recently Purchased Attractions
These details apply if you installed your attraction within the last year.
All clients who installed their attraction within the last year are still covered by the original 1 year Priority Support Plan. This original plan is being extended 60 days, so your renewal (whether you plan on doing monthly or annual payments) is being deferred by 60 days.
We are working closely with our payment processor to make sure all payments get deferred appropriately. However, if you have a payment coming up within the next 5 business days, there's a chance this payment may still get processed.
We're working as quickly as we can to try and prevent this from happening, but there's a small chance these may still go through. We appreciate your understanding.

These are difficult times, but hopefully this payment deferral can help as you make your way through this crisis.
